What we say is very important to God. Words aren't just wind from our mouths but an expression from our very being. When we speak we need to speak in such a way as to build up others. As Paul says:
"Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them." Ephesians 4:29
