Christianity goes Public
Christianity has always been a public faith. It is open for people to investigate and seeks to critique and challenge the world around us. A new group called The Centre of Public Christianity headed up by John Dickson and Greg Clark is seeking to "promote the public understanding of the Christian faith in Australia and beyond employing the best of scholarship via the best of media.". The Prime Minister has welcomed the step and sees the days of shutting out religious debate in the public arena are over. View the letter from Kevin Rudd here.
